⚠️ STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once the purchase has been completed and access has been granted.
Digi Magic operates a strict No Refund Policy on all digital course purchases. Once payment is successfully processed and access to the course content is granted, the transaction is considered complete and final. We do not provide refunds for any reason including but not limited to: change of mind, lack of time to complete the course, technical difficulties on the user's end, dissatisfaction with the course content, or accidental purchase.
Digital products, unlike physical goods, cannot be "returned" once accessed. The moment course access is granted, the intellectual property has been delivered in full. Our course content is proprietary, carefully researched, and takes significant time and resources to produce. This policy protects the integrity of our content and ensures fair access for all genuine students.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after purchasing the course, your access will be immediately and permanently revoked. We will provide all necessary documentation to the payment processor to contest any fraudulent chargeback claims. Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent disputes.
The only exception to this policy is in the case of a duplicate payment (double charge) caused by a verified technical error on our payment platform. In such cases, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days after verification. Please contact us with proof of duplicate payment.

If you experience any issues accessing your course after purchase, please contact us with your payment receipt. We will resolve access issues within 24–48 business hours. Delays due to incorrect email addresses provided at checkout are not the responsibility of Digi Magic.
